Your trip will be hosted by a professional guide in a 2021 Alumacraft Competitor fishing boat. We supply all of the gear and equipment necessary for the day. No need to bring your own gear. Our rods are rigged and suited for the techniques used and required to catch the fish!
Be prepared for the weather. Appropriate clothing for the conditions (rain gear, suncreen etc).
Bring beverages and snacks for yourselves.
Valid Ontario fishing license (If between the ages of 18-65)
Music (we have bluetooth speakers in the boat if you desire)
Cooler if you plan on keeping any of your catch.
Do NOT bring alcohol on board the vessel. No exceptions.
You may refer to the RATES section on the website for specific rates. Rates include HST. Rates do not include gratuity.
We fish in most weather conditions. Rain, shine and even snow, the trip will be a go. We do NOT fish in heavy winds or lightning. If the captain decides to cancel a trip based on weather, you will receive your deposit back.
The ideal answer is 2-3 people. Although we can fit more on board, it can become crowded and the fishing becomes more difficult for everybody on board.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. There is a 48 hour notice required for cancellations for a full refund on your deposit. If the captain cancels the trip for any reason, your deposit will be returned in full, or you may be rescheduled for a future date if you prefer. Any deposits unused after one calendar year will be forfeited.
We fish where the fish are and that means that our launch location may change seasonally. Your captain will discuss all details with you upon booking your trip.
Absolutely not. Although experience is a bonus, the biggest thing I can ask for is to listen and be open to learning. Novice anglers have been responsible for some of the biggest fish we have landed in our boat!
